We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and perishable goods.
